While it's too late to make your Halloween cards to send this year, it's not too late to order this fun Halloween stampset from the Holiday Mini (pg12) ... available to order through January 3, 2011. The "Happy Halloween" stamp is from the House of Haunts set (pg 25 large catalog).
While you can't touch and feel this card, the cob web actually pops out because it was first embossed with the Spider Web Embossing Folder (pg 218) and then brayered with black ink. You can also use a brayer (pg 203) to ink embossing folders themselves, creating all kinds of fun results.
