Hershey Miniatures in a New Way

While at convention, they demonstrated some fun uses of punches ... and Hershey Miniatures.   Had to come home and play!

3 - Hershey Miniatures

To make the ribbon ruffle, simply cut a small knotch at one end, take one or two threads and just pull them.  This will ruffle the ribbon.  Secure with glue dots to wrapped candies.
