Here's a peek at one of my swap cards for my leadership conference next week. Actually the stamp and the small curly label punch are sneak peaks from the Sale-A-Bration catalog which will be available FREE from January 22nd to March 22nd with a $50 product order. I love the Ferris Wheel stamp. This technique is torn paper technique. You simply stamp an image with black Stazon Ink. Then take a stick note (slightly larger than your stamped image) and tear off strips. Put a strip on both sides of the stamped image. Here I sponged on Old Olive ink at the bottom. Slightly overlapping the Old Olive ink, I applied Daffodil Delight ink. Then I sponged on Marina Mist ink from the top down to the Daffodil Delight ink. Here you want to be careful not to overlap too much or it will turn to green. For now, check out the "cloud" embossing folder (pg 28 Spring Mini) used to make this card as well as the "You're Swell" stamp from the Ciao, Baby! (pg 16 Spring Mini) which coordinates with the mini Curly Label punch (available Jan 22 to March 22 - FREE Sale A Bration) . I can visualize many different uses for these two new products!
