But also, this set, Best Friends Forever, (pg. 90) has two stamps that are fun to use with the baby wipe/reinker technique. This technique is where you put a damp, folded baby wipe on a piece of wax paper. You ink up your stamp with Stazon ink and stamp it in the center of the folded baby wipe. Then, using two or more reinkers, you drop drops of ink over the stamped image, coloring it as you like. Then you simply use the folded, inked baby wipe as your ink pad and ink your stamp and stamp it onto your cardstock. It's an alternative to using markers to get various colors on one stamp. While the color is not as precise as markers, it is much quicker when you have multiple cards to make. The two stamps in this set, it would be beautiful used like this.
I could not find a copy of one of the cards I made using this technique at this time, but here is a card we made at one of our monthly diva club meetings just using this awesome set. I love how Stampin' Up! coordinates all the stamps in their sets. No guess work required!
