And I partially made 50 more this past weekend for the grandkids here at Sun City to finish making as part of our annual Trunk or Treat activity up at the Lakehouse. What a fun day!
For these I used our Howlstooth & Scaringbone Designer Series Paper (pg 24 Holiday Mini). Love this paper which is great for Men Card throughout the year. Will be ordering more of this before it's gone! I simply cut 2"x6" pieces of DSP, used my paper snips to cut slits up to about 1/2" from the top. Then wrapped it around a piece of chocolate licorice which was put into a clear cello bag (1"x8") (pg 161). I stamped the witches hat from Wicked Cool (pg 28) onto white card stock, then punched it out with our new 1 1/4" scallop circle punch (pg 1 of Holiday Mini). Backed that with a pumpkin pie piece punched from our 1 3/8" circle punch, tied a knot around the broom part and walaaaaah ... a perfect handout for those trick or treaters! Maybe too late for this year, but keep it in mind for next year!
